Topic 2: Online Identity, Privacy and Security

In a society that is becoming more reliant on the ‘online’ world, with technology constantly improving and evolving the way we interact with others, Digital Identity is important. An online identity is “who we say we are, when we are online” (Koosel, n.d) and in the digital sense is the “electronic data that references us as an individual” (Warburton, 2010).
