I would like to assume that most of you have a profile on at least one social media website. Question is, do you maintain two accounts on a single social site? I wear a mask. Topic 2 : An identity VS multiple identities

The breakdown of an online identity, is the partial identity of one. A persona is created from the partial identity. A persona is also created with different reasons and people that you may or may not have control of. An example would be comments made by your friends on Facebook which is creating a persona of you that can’t be controlled. Before we create our digital identities, there are a few questions which we may want to emphasize on, such as “Why are we doing it?”, “Who are we doing it for?”, and “What do we want to be identified as?”. Explain the concept of digital “visitors” and “residents” drawing upon your reading and your own online experiences to date in support of the points that you make. I think that Visitors are people who have an agenda as to what they are looking for and once it is completed, they log off. Different websites have different perspective on an individual based on how an individual interact with the website.
