“Visitors” and “Residents” have different concepts. Both parties use Internet but factors like frequency, duration, objectives of usage vary among them. “Visitors” “Visitors” treat Internet as a tool to obtain any necessary information that they require. (White & Le Cornu, 2011 – Reference 1) They only visit the web to collect information required or to get certain procedures done. Topic 1: Digital Visitors and Residents

In my view, a digital visitor is someone who use the web for a specific purpose only when the need arises. Typically, their movement around the web are mostly revolved to activities that have a specific outcome or benefits for them (for e.g searching for information they want, perform a transaction, etc). Therefore… BEHOLD, I will be sharing on my strengths and weaknesses: I have pretty good experience in accessing, managing and evaluating online information because as a Republic Polytechnic student previously for 3 years, what I faced almost for every lesson was my laptop and what I did is all about researching and digging out information online. Hi, my name’s Aetiiqcaz. Many have asked how I got this name. My parents got the inspiration from the book ‘To Kill A Mocking Bird’ where there’s this lawyer named ‘Atticus’. My parents edited the name to make it spell like mine. Well, I’m currently pursuing a BSc in Marketing from the University of Southampton and I’m enjoying every moment of it. Hello. My name is yi ming and i’m 22 and is a Taurus Baby. I am currently pursuing an Honours Degree in BSc Marketing at University of Southampton. Prior to that i am studying at Nanyang Polytechnic studying Diploma in Business Enterprise IT. The name of the course may imply is a business-related course but it is not.
