Linking Comments

Sarah Hewitt November 7, 2016 Leave a comment

There are lots of you, and only three of us.  If you don’t link properly to the comments you leave on the blogs of your colleagues, it makes it really hard for us to find them, and we’re going to get very frustrated and probably not award you any marks because we can’t find your comments!  We may also overdose on coffee.

So, this is the proper way to do it.

My comment…

Obviously, you have to write your comment and post it.  The key thing is copying and pasting the right link.  I left the comment, illustrated on the left,  on the blog of one of the students that’s doing the same module as you, but over several weeks.  Then, I clicked on the date (just under my name).  That’s what creates the blue outline.

If I then look at the address bar in my browser…..URL address.... and that’s the address I copy and paste either as part of the text in my reflective post, as here, or I add it to the bottom of my post.  Which will, of course, show below.

It’s that easy.
