Speaking two languages from childhood keeps the brain in good shape

The Mail has published an article reporting on a study that found that speaking two languages from childhood keeps the brain in good shape as we age. The study, conducted by researchers from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, found that senior citizens who have spoken two languages since childhood are faster at switching from one task to another than those who only know one.
