New Italian film season begins Monday

The new Italian film season at the University of Southampton begins on Monday 3rd February 2014, with a showing of ‘Il vento fa il suo giro’ (Giorgio Diritti, 2005) in Lecture Theatre A, Avenue Campus at 6.30pm. The spring season promises a selection of films to inspire and stimulate your interest in the world of cinema and Italian culture. All films are in Italian and most have English subtitles. New Directions for Research in Language and Culture 6 November: final programme

The final programme for the ILC’s symposium ‘New Directions for Research in Language and Culture’ on Wednesday 6 November 2013 is now available. The full-day event will bring together researchers from Southampton and beyond to hear keynote presentations, engage in debates about the future of language and culture research, and hear about innovative research taking place in the Institute.
