Usman Nazir is a PhD student researching on participant engagement in MOOCs. He is part of the MOOCs and Learning research group. He is an education industry veteran who has been teaching for about 14 years now. He also has vast amount of experience in serving the banking industry. Before enrolling in the PhD program Usman was working for an investment bank in Singapore. Usman enjoys running and outdoor team sports.
