Crossing the line.Topic 4: ONE ethical issue raised by business use of social media that is considered to be particularly significant.

Nowadays everything can be seen on the web. For instance finding out if a person has integrity, whether this person truly“walks the walk” or speaks the truth about himself. Nevertheless, this leads me to my topic for today,if recruitment practices such as screening conducted by companies through social media is ethical.
