The development of internet communication and social media has expanded the traditional notion of ‘identity’. Now people adopt online identities in addition to real life identities. Introduction: Digital Visitor or Resident?

Stumbling upon an article by Prensky about Digital ‘Natives’ and ‘Immigrants’ makes me think a little further. ‘Natives’ are those who grew up with digital since young, being digital literate.
