After analyzing numerous articles, it is evident that Mark Prensky’s model of  ‘Digital Natives and Digital Immigrants (2001) ‘ and White and Cornu’s concept on digital ‘visitors’ and ‘residents’ (2008) are relatively the cornerstones for this topic of discussion. Prensky’s dichotomy of  ‘digital natives and digital immigrants’ defines that age is the principal factor in a person’s digital competency. Continue reading →

After completing the self test which encompasses these 7 aspects below, I realized that my personal weaknesses is by far much “developed” compared to my strengths.
