As part of our ongoing development of ideas about promoting our research projects and learning innovations, a workshop was held on 20 April by Gavin Costigan and Julie Cantalou, respectively Director and Manager of Public Policy@Southampton (http://www.southampton.ac.uk/publicpolicy/index.page). This unit is based in the Faculty of Social, Human and Mathematical Sciences but is a University service and the team welcomes all enquiries about ways in which they can provide support and guidance on public policy. An overview of their role and some suggestions in relation to ML can be found on the attached slides.
