AHRC follow-on funding award: Madagascar in the World

Professor Ulrike Meinhof has been awarded a grant under the AHRC’s Follow-on-Funding scheme worth ÂŁ100,216 for her project  ‘Madagascar in the World: the impact of music on global concerns’. The project will start on 1 December 2015, and its purpose is the co-production (with the Parisian film company Laterit) of a film, working title  ‘Songs for Madagascar’,  and its international dissemination at film festivals and through workshops.
