eLearning Symposium – Humans and the machine

The 11th LLAS eLearning Symposium was held on January 21-22 at the University of Southampton. The Centre for Languages, Linguistics and Area Studies (LLAS) is part of Modern Languages at Southampton, and this annual event has become an established fixture for the language-teaching community to come together and share their work. Study shows some brains are simply not wired for language learning

The Telegraph has reported on a recent study by researchers at McGill University in Canada suggesting that some people “have brains that are not wired for linguistic skills”.
