TNMundi podcasts available

Two podcasts from the TNMundi project are now available on the Media content page and below. The TNMundi project investigated the creative practices of Francophone Malagasy and North African artists. A conference on ‘Music and Migration’ in October 2009 brought together academics and musicians from Madagascar and North Africa, including the acclaimed Madagascar AllStars who are interviewed in these podcasts. The French historian Michel Leymarie visited the University of Southampton on 30 October – 1 November 2012 as part of the ILC’s visiting scholars programme. M. Leymarie teaches Contemporary French History at l’Université de Lille III Charles-de-Gaulle.
