The Southampton Feedback Champions project aims to discover and share good practice in the delivery and use of feedback by staff and students. We have interviewed over 100 staff and students across all faculties and asked them what feedback practice worked for them.
The outcome of our research is a new website, which is dedicated to sharing good feedback practice across the university and promoting a holistic view of feedback as an on-going dialogue between all members of the University community. The website offers tips and advice for students to understand what feedback is, how they can recognise it and make the most of it. It also includes a Good Practice database which helps staff and students discover the many ways in which feedback is given and received at the University of Southampton.
Whether you are a student or a member of staff, and if you want to know more about the project and how it can help you, we are organising a series of presentations across all universities campuses.
