Currently there is no Procurement/Contract information captured in a System or Servcice CI record. This has now been addressed as part of the process to make the ServiceNow System & Service CI record the single source of all information with the ultimate aim of doing away with the Service Handbook.
This has been achieved as follows:-
Adds a Systems & Service reference field on the Contracts form the under Contract Management module:
Creates a new tab called Documents on the Contracts form to link to:-
Procurement Specification docs
Procurement Evaluation Report (if applicable)
Procurement Contract at time of signing
Contract Report
Adds a link to the Contract record on the Lifecycle tab of the Systems & Service CI record
Adds a link to Training documents on the Support Info tab.
