SERG research core to SSEN parliamentary event

SERG’s Dr Ben Anderson presented the SAVE study design and trial period 1 preliminary analysis at Scottish and Southern Energy Network’s Using Energy Efficiency to Defer Network Reinforcement parliamentary event at the Houses of Parliament on November 20th, 2017.

With an introduction from Alan Whitehead MP (Shadow Minister (Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy) (Energy and Climate Change)), the event also featured SSEN’s Head of DSO and Innovation, Stewart Reid; SAVE project manager Charlie Edwards and SAVE partners NEL.

Following a series of presentations Ben and the other speakers were joined by SERG’s Professor Bakr Bahaj to form a panel fielding questions from an audience of policy makers, regulators and commercial stakeholders.
