CIBSE Event on Weather Data
Mr. Mark Jentsch and Dr. Patrick James were invited to give a presentation on the ‘Present and future performance of naturally ventilated buildings’ at the CIBSE one day conference on ‘The future of weather data’ in London. Themes of their talk were:
- Present day measured building performance in a ‘hot summer’ compared to simulation predictions
- The need for climate change weather files to assess overheating risk
- Future building performance predictions using morphed weather data
