New Turner Sims RUSH tickets

Turner Sims intern and third year student Sabine Russell introduces the new RUSH ticket scheme:

Many music students will have noticed that a new Student Newsletter from Turner Sims landed in their inboxes a couple of weeks ago about a new RUSH ticket scheme. The idea for this initiative has come about to raise awareness of the free tickets made available by Turner Sims for their concert series. The RUSH tickets scheme is a fantastic initiative, offered to allow music students to see many world-class concerts free of charge.

Students have busy lives and that attending concerts can sometimes fall off the radar, so the idea of the Newsletter is to encourage and remind students about the wide variety on offer at Turner Sims. Each Monday from 10-2:30pm, students can come along to the Turner Sims Box Office to collect their free ticket for concert(s) that week, offering a fantastic opportunity to experience an extensive range of first-class performances.

I have had great feedback from the first Newsletter so far and it seems to be working! For example, in the first week all 10 of the free tickets were claimed for the Christian Scott Atunde Adjuahgig on Thursday 16th November. I hope that the Newsletter will help bring more awareness to the sensational concerts put on at Turner Sims.
