Registration and payment for the conference are done through Southampton University’s online store.

31 March 2014: Deadline for ‘early bird’ registration
15 June 2014: Deadline for presenters to register
30 June 2014: Registration closes

Early bird rate (by March 31st, 2014):
£ 220,- (without conference dinner) £ 250,- (with conference dinner)

Standard rate (by June 30th, 2014):
£ 270,- (without conference dinner) £ 300,- (with conference dinner)

We welcome accompanying persons for an admin fee of 10 pounds. They can then subsequently register for attendance of the happy hour, conference dinner, and 2/3 nights of university accommodation. Registering for accompanying persons is also done via the Store. Please let us know if there are any problems.

Postgraduate student rate:
£ 180,- (without conference dinner) £ 210,- (with conference dinner)

Day rate:
£ 80,- (early bird) £ 100,- (standard rate)

Registration is done via the University Store.
