The method for applying a pre-configured STDXXX Template to a Standard Change Request form has changed in the new ServiceNow Geneva interface as follows:-
• Open a new Standard Change form as normal.
• If the Templates bar is not showing at the bottom of the screen click on the More Options ellipsis (ooo) next to the Submit button and click Toggle Template Bar
• On the Templates Bar, in the bottom right hand corner of the form click on the ellipsis (ooo) to list all the Standard RFC templates.
• Either scroll down the list or use the Filter Template field to search for the required STDXXX template.
• Click on the selected Standard RFC Template to apply it to the Standard Change Request form.
• Complete the rest of the form and submit as before.
