Rickie Lambert backs Southampton’s role in new national centre to reduce sports injuries’ risk | Arthritis Research UK article

A new national centre funded by Arthritis Research UK has been created to develop better injury and screening tools to predict an individual’s risk of developing osteoarthritis following sports injury. The centre, being led by Prof Mark Batt at Nottingham University, involves seven institutions from the UK, including Oxford, Southampton, Bath, Loughborough, Leeds and UCL.
