The risks involved in taking part are minimal as the research will take place online, at your workplace or in your home. You can change your mind at any time and withdraw from the research and this will not affect your legal rights. In this case, any information that I had collected about you will be deleted.

Confidentiality:
Information collected about you during your participation in this research will be stored on a password protected computer and this information will only be used for the purpose of this research. Also, your name and other personal details about you will be coded and detached from your video footage and interview recordings/transcripts, so that your research data and your personal details are not linked. Video footage collected by you and about you will be made anonymous and can then become publicly available and/or be used by Sainsbury’s or their suppliers, if you give consent to this. Please be aware that complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed when using interviews, also head-camera video as research methods because it may be possible in particular circumstances for others to identify your data, however the risk of this will be mitigated as much as possible. This level of anonymity is called ‘linked anonymity’. Please note that ‘unlinked anonymity’ or complete anonymity is only possible when using anonymous questionnaires.
