The stakeholders of our application are the users and the administrator.
The users of the website are the people who are interested in finding more information about venues and more specifically about the quality of a seat. Users can search for a venue according to a location and a category of venue (e.g. Theatre or Stadium). The very first version of our application provides venue information for London, Manchester, Southampton, Birmingham and Edinburgh and for specific categories such as theatres, cinemas and stadiums. Although we do intend to expand both locations and venues.
The administrator of the system has special privileges such as managing the events list of the website by adding new events, editing existing and deleting past events. The administrator is also responsible for examining if the content of the reported reviews is appropriate.
