Scenarios 2 -Review a Seat

Two friends went to the theatre and as soon as the play is over they are discussing their experience. They seem to be very pleased with the play but their experience could have been much better if their view was not blocked by a pillar. As they are discussing about going to the theatre again they realise that they have to keep in mind the seat number so they avoid sitting in the same place the next time they visit the same venue. Under these circumstances they decide to submit a review on Be Seated and review the seat that they felt spoilt their experience. They let everyone know about the seat’s view and all of its limitations. They felt aggrieved having paid quite a lot of money for the ticket so they took some photos of the view to add in their comments.

Be Seated allows people to know about the limitations of the seat and encourages users of the service to avoid having their entertainment experience spoiled by purchasing a better seat at the same price.
