The following user stories specify all the actions that can be a taken by a user within our system.
US1– A user can search for ratings of venues and their seats, by selecting the city and the category and the name of the venue.
US2 – A user can view the most recent events for all the venues.
US3 – A user can view all the upcoming events of a venue displayed under the calendar.
US4 – A user can find the location of the searched venue using the map in the description section.
US5 – A user can view the seating plan of the selected venue and understand which are the best seats, according to their colour.
US6– A user can read the existing reviews of the seats by clicking on a seat on the
seating plan of the venue.
US7 – A registered user can go through a venue’s calendar and select ‘Attend’ for the events that he is planning to buy tickets for.
US8– A registered user can add/delete upcoming events in his personal list of events.
US9 – A registered user can create a review for a seat of a venue that it is included in his list of attended events.
US10 – A registered user can report a comment of which the content is considered inappropriate.
US11– An authorised user with administrative privileges can view a list of all the reported messages from the users. The administrator can delete the messages of inappropriate content in a comment or ignore the content if appropriate.
US12– An authorised user with administrative privileges can add/edit/delete an event to and from the list.
