During the last three weeks after spending hours of discussion in order to figure out how the website will work and what is the best way that it can be implemented in the future, we came up with the topics that are going to be included on the blog. We believe that they will entail best the goals and features of our application. Hence, we created a Gantt chart, using an online tool provided from teamgantt.com[1], which help us to visualize the work that must be done and keep every team member on track for completing the tasks. It is hoped that it will also make sure that each task assigned will be finished on time as we receive daily updates on the progress of the project. The Gantt is shown below and describes each task, the member who is responsible for the completion of the task and the deadlines. We hope that we will be able to complete the work on time, based on the deadlines shown on the chart. The last week before the submission does not include any tasks as we intend to use it for reviewing our work and adding the final details of the project.
