The last few months have been very busy for our MRes Wildlife Conservation students, with the end of one academic year followed almost immediately by the start of the next!
The 2015-16 cohort of students rounded off the course at the end of September with their research presentations and vivas. It was a very informative and interesting couple of days and I would like to thank them all for the time and effort they put in to making them such a success. Sadly it signalled the end of the course, but not before enjoying a final lunch and celebratory glass of wine (for the students at least!).
We weren’t able to rest on our laurels as the Induction Day for the incoming cohort of MRes students loomed! Only the following week, we were joined by our new cohort with the usual intense induction day followed by the traditional Icebreaker event. Lectures and seminars began a week later and it’s been full steam ahead ever since!
So welcome to the course Aggie, Beth, Jo, Lauren and Victoria!
