After some deliberation, the team settled on an Initial Gantt Chart. The observation to be noted is that the majority of the work is scheduled during the Easter break. This is because of deadlines etc. consuming many people’s times as well as giving the team some flexibility with contingency time. In this manner, the team should return after the break with a lot of the work done and having two weeks to make appropriate modifications. In terms of workload, the team has endeavoured to divide the work equally – to this end Nic took on a lot of the earlier work due to personal commitments in the Easter break.
