Login with your normal student details and you should be able to access and amend the survey (named SSN Research Group 2). I have added you all as editors, so you should be able to see it. Watch it through the Quick Preview mode and then please comment.
My only comment would be Q2.5 mentioning points. Perhaps too specific to Scene (although granted other sites let you simply rate an event or venue).
