We have completed a review of Assignment Groups within ServiceNow and have implemented a new list of team names (for iSolutions only).
Many of the team names were inherited from the initial import from the old ESS system and much has changed since then. The new team names reflect more closely the way in which we operate and are closely aligned with the iSolutions Org Chart.
There is a slight possibility that reports you have made will stop working – you would have had to used a javascript referencing one of the old team names. You just need to change the script to refer to the new team name.
