Join Lifelong Learning’s study day organized by the Centre for Imperial and Post-Colonial Studies. During the day you will examine the role of Empires during the conflict of the Great War. The aim of the day is to think comparatively about the effect of the conflict upon those Empires since most were destroyed or seriously weakened by the war. The event will comprise of six illustrated lectures from established authorities in the field, with opportunities for Q&A after each lecture, and a closing Q&A roundtable. The event is free, but please register here. You can also find more information on the University website.
