Allegra Goodman visit

Allegra Goodman visits the University of Southampton to talk about her book ‘Intuition’ on Tuesday 19 April 2015.

The topic of the book is the boundary between presenting cancer research in the best possible light and fraud. A panel will debate the theme (16:00-17:30), to be followed by the author’s public lecture (18:00-19:00).

Prelude Debate: To engage with the book, SUSU and the Centre for Human Development, Stem Cells, and Regeneration are hosting a panel discussion from 16:00 to 17:30 at the Nightingale Building (67, Highfield Campus)  to explore the book’s themes of integrity, ambition and delusion in the pursuit of science.
