Volunteers for Model of Winchester Restoration
The Hampshire Cultural Trust is currently looking for professional and enthusiastic volunteers to help with the restoration of Roger Brown’s famous 1870 model of Winchester, featured in the header image.
The model is currently due to be put on display in the City Museum and requires cleaning, repair and repainting. This process is delicate and will require patience and discipline.
This is a unique opportunity to work with the museum and restoration staff and gain insight into the process of preparing for a high profile, permanent exhibition.
