The list of available applications in the left-hand menu has been cleaned up and reordered to make it easier to find and access the top used areas.  For example, applications not in use by certain tenants (e.g. Change, Configuration etc) have been hidden for them and applications such as Dashboards and Reports have been moved next to each other.

To support this and other planned changes, the team hierarchy has also been restructured to better align to the organisational structure and different tenants within ServiceNow.  A new parent called Partner has been created for non-iSolutions teams – Estates (no longer called Estates Planon), Corporate Communications and SAA Registry have been moved out of IT into this new area.  HR Systems has been moved out of IT into the HR area.  Finance Systems has been moved out of IT into the Finance area.
