Intercultural Café – You are invited!
From our last Public Engagement activity, WOW Festival, was very positively received by the general Southampton public. (coverage in the Daily Echo: www.dailyecho.co.uk/News/14259693.display/ )
We are now testing another scheme to run within the city: Intercultural Cafe, which is aiming to get different people together in a relaxed, sociable setting on a weekly/ fortnight basis to discuss about one aspect of culture (eg. Music, fashion, art, celebrations, etc), or any observations, comparisons and contrasts that participants have made about their own culture and other cultures they have experienced.
If you would enjoy a relax night, with tea or coffee and just chatting to different people about culture, then come and join us!
No booking require. This is a free event, and it will be held on Thursday, 5th May 2016, from 18:30 at The Art House, 178 Above Bar St, Southampton, Hampshire SO14 7DW
