| Why this test | One of the key features of our application is to allow event managers to easly create events. Therefore, the fastest they can create events, the better they can start thinking in other tasks related to the event |

| Description | A user should be able to find an event of her/his interest by her/himself |
| Why this test | We need to able to measure the effectiveness of the results provided to our users to encourage them to attendee event that are relevant to their interest. If user spend to much time searching for events, they may be turn off |

| Target user | Any user |
| Target Time | < 1 m |
| Description | A user should be able to locate an attendee using basic basic filters within 1 minute |
| Why this test | We need to be efficient in matching users to as this is a key feature of out app. The better matching the better user satisfaction |
| Tasks | Vote an activity |
| Target user | Final user |
| Target Time | < 15 sec |
| Description | A user should notice an activity poll and vote on it within 15 seconds after she/he notice it |
| Why this test | Users should notice any message from the organizers so he is aware of any change of planes during the event |

I think you mean seconds not minutes for the first test. Or did you really mean just over two hours to create an event?
