Recognising feedback
The first step to being a good receiver of feedback is being able to recognise that we are receiving feedback. If we do not recognise that we are receiving feedback it does not matter whether or not the feedback is any good.

If feedback is good it will help you to do better work in the future.
Feedback is a dialogue between you and others
If there is anything you don’t understand about the feedback you have received you should talk to the person who provided the feedback. Some people find it difficult to give good feedback so talking to them will help them to improve the feedback they give to you and others.
