We have recently had a recruitment drive to take on new staff in our design team and found that many of the graduates who applied, although they have the talent, tended to struggle with selling themselves through their portfolios, CVs and at interview.<\/p>\n
Based on this experience, we now support current design students and recent graduates to secure their first post.
