Students from the Winchester School of Art will be invited to provide a proposal for the scheme with the winning entry\u00a0becoming a commissioned piece that will take pride of place on the roof of the proposed pavilion. The judges will be looking for a piece that sits harmoniously with its immediate and wider setting.
