Square Up Media is an independent publisher based in South London, producing Foodism, Square Mile, Escapism and Hedge magazines. We are experts at creating captivating, informative content. Whether it\u2019s via our magazines, websites, newsletters or events, we believe in making products that are as engaging as they are exciting.<\/p>\n

We are searching for a junior designer to join our friendly, talented and hard-working design team. This is a perfect opportunity for a bright, ambitious graduate who displays creative flair, originality and holds a strong passion for editorial work.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong>
\n– A degree in graphic design including layout experience
\n– A portfolio which demonstrates strong layout skills<\/p>\n

Skills<\/strong>
\n– An individual who has creative flair, versatility, conceptual\/visual ability and originality
\n–\u00a0Ability to work well with a team and present ideas effectively
\n–\u00a0Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite programs \u2013 specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop \u2013 familiarity with After Effects and HTML\/CSS\/JS would be an added bonus
\n–\u00a0Previous experience as an intern at a magazine is heavily recommended but not required<\/p>\n
