At the heart of their conservation activities is the Orphans’ Project, the most successful orphan elephant rescue and rehabilitation program in the world which has, to date, raised over 190 infant elephants, offering them a second chance at life back in the wild.

The DSWT also operates Anti-Poaching and Mobile Veterinary Units working in conjunction with the Kenya Wildlife Service, as well as Aerial Surveillance Teams, to keep wild animals of all kinds safe. In addition, they run Community Outreach Programs to build sustainable relationships with local communities bordering Kenya’s National Parks and protected areas, striving to improve living conditions, educational standards and to reduce human-wildlife conflict.

About the Exhibition

In the Linden Hall
Lyndhurst Community Centre
Off the High Street
Lyndhurst
The New Forest
Hampshire
SO43 7NY

Saturday 29th Oct 2016 – 10am – 5pm
Sunday 30th Oct 2016 – 10am – 4pm

Private Show for Artists:
Saturday 29th Oct – 6pm – 7.30pm

For more details and to enter please see the website, here: hhttp://www.enormouselephantart.com/

This Exhibition is a chance for as many artists as possible to show off their talents whilst helping one of our most beloved animals on the planet to stay alive.
