We are pleased to share this exclusive WSA internship at Studio Republic, run in conjunction with University of Southampton&#8217;s Excel Internship Scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Please see the full job description, below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>General client \/ studio relations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive and understand client design briefs from the team or directly from the client<\/li>\n<li>Be respectful towards any client in any given situation<\/li>\n<li>Be respectful towards other members of the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Meetings and events:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend meetings and workshops as required (if they fall with in your working days)<\/li>\n<li>When attending any meetings, seminars or workshops always maintain represent SR in a professional manor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You will need to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be flexible and creative.<\/li>\n<li>Have high attention to details.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work alone or with a team.<\/li>\n<li>Be patient.<\/li>\n<li>Have multitasking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Be well organised.<\/li>\n<li>Have good IT and math skills.<\/li>\n<li>Have good written and spoken communication abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Have time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work to strict deadlines as set by the client or team.<\/li>\n<li>Have a personality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities Breakdown:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create initial creative designs following the brief as well as using some (web or print)<br \/>\nindustry knowledge to advise where needed to provide the client with the best possible<br \/>\nexperience and finished product &#8211; <strong>60%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Creating final designs according to budget and deadlines &#8211; <strong>15%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Undertake any creative or non creative amendments to either web or print jobs to the teams<br \/>\nand clients satisfaction &#8211; <strong>10%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Advise the team and clients if a design visual uses a Royalty Free or Rights Managed image\/illustration &#8211; <strong>5%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Undertake and complete any tasks the directors deem necessary &#8211; <strong>10%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Start Date: 1st July 2016<br \/>\nEnd Date: 1st August 2016Full-time, paid position.<\/p>\n<p>To apply for this position please use the UoS MyCareers website, here:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mycareer.soton.ac.uk\/home.html\">https:\/\/mycareer.soton.ac.uk\/home.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Studio Republic, based in Winchester, is one of the South Coast&#8217;s leading digital agencies.
