All graduates from the University of Southampton are contacted by the Careers and Employability Service approximately six months after graduation to find out what they are doing (e.g. employment, further study or something else).<\/p>\n<p>You will play an active role in contacting leavers from higher education by telephone to obtain key information about their graduate destinations, providing a high level of customer service and accurate inputting of data to the University student information system.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0You will have a friendly and enthusiastic telephone manner<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to work quickly and efficiently<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00a0 \u00a0Fluent\u00a0level of spoken and written English<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Proficient skills in\u00a0any foreign language would be desirable, but not essential<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Previous call centre experience desirable but\u00a0not essential<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Current UoS Student,\u00a0undergraduate\u00a0(e.g.\u00a0Bsc),\u00a0postgraduate\u00a0(e.g.\u00a0MA,\u00a0MPhil,\u00a0PhD)\u00a0or alumni.
