Visual Admin Assistant – Karen Millen
Karen Millen is currently recruiting for a Visual Admin Assistant.
This is the perfect position for someone who wants to work within a creative environment whilst fulfilling an admin role.
Visual Merchandising plays a significant role in creating the brand experience to our clients internationally. The team drive the visual language of the brand through inspirational and comprehensive visual guidelines and insuring creative projects thought out each season.
We are looking for someone who is forward thinking with a proactive positive approach, who is excited by the prospect of helping to coordinate a team of creative individuals.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Manage the signage, mannequin and equipment processes including audits, orders, costs and liaising with suppliers.
- Coordinate and maintain the VM Calendar ensuring the team are fully organised
- Support the Visual team in all projects to ensure arrival of props/elements to stores and venues on time.
- Manage the Visual Inboxes (UK and International) ensuring all queries are responded to within a timely manner.
- Maintain the VM budget tracker
- Support the SM team with the location of samples for all rack ups, test windows and visual updates
