The Warren Centre Art Exhibition and Sale 2018
The Warren Centre Micheldever Station
Saturday 13th October 2018 / 10am – 7pm
Sunday 14th October 2018 / 10am – 4pm
We aim to exhibit between 200 and 300 works and a 15% commission will be deducted from any work sold. All proceeds will be shared equally between Winchester Hospice, The Warren Centre and East Stratton Village Hall.
Please complete and return your entry form, with a covering fee of £6 per exhibit, making your chequepayable to “The Warren Centre”.
All exhibits must be marked clearly on the back with the artist’s name, address, telephone number, paintingtitle and price. They must also be framed and be ready to hang, with hooks and strings. Please ensure that all work is delivered to The Warren Centre between 5pm and 8pm on Tuesday 9th October or between 8am and 8pm on Wednesday 10th October in a condition suitable for storing prior to selection and hanging, i.e. with some form of protection such as bubble plastic.
We will endeavour to display all works submitted, but we reserve the right to select from entries if over- subscribed. All work must be for sale, original and not a copy.
Unsold exhibits can be collected on Sunday 14th October between 5pm and 7pm or Monday 15th October between 9am and 12noon, and at no other time (unless by prior arrangement).
All exhibitors are welcome to attend the private preview free of charge, and can bring guests at a charge of £5 per guest. Please indicate on the enclosed entry form if you would like to attend the preview and return the form, along with your exhibiting fee and money for any guests, to Mrs. O Bramley, 33 East Stratton, Winchester, Hants, SO21 3DU.
