Temporary Franchise Administrator – Karen Millen

Truly international, Karen Millen has stores in over 65 countries across six continents including flagship stores in London’s Knightsbridge and New York’s Fifth Avenue.

We have an amazing opportunity within Head office; the Franchise team are looking for a Temporary Franchise Administrator to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to step off the shop floor and pursue a career in international retail.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Support all administration for the Franchise Department.
  • Communicate with the International partners to ensure brand focuses are delivered and understood throughout the stores.
  • Understand the Karen Millen Brand Values and Client expectations.
  • Develop and demonstrate knowledge of both high street and retail dynamics both in the UK and internationally.
  • Assist in the delivery of training to Franchise store teams.
  • Prioritise your own workload and oversee team tasks/workloads.
  • Coordinate and assist with new store openings and twice yearly seasonal presentations.

Are you:

  • Able to deliver consistent operational excellence through your knowledge and understanding of the Karen Millen brand.
  • An individual who has strong organisational skills
  • Passionate about retail and want to pursue a career in International retail.
  • Computer literate in Photoshop, Excel, Word
  • Competent with the use of Illustrator (desirable)
  • Able to act calm and professional when under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Flexible, Adaptable and interested in international travel.
