Set/Prop/Room Dressing for University Event
On Tuesday 28th November the Public Engagement with Research unit are having a ‘wash-up’ event to celebrate another successful year of the Bringing Research to Life Roadshow.
The event will be taking place between 1600 and 1800 and will include a short talk about the Roadshow, an opportunity to share experiences and an awards ceremony to recognise people who have gone above and beyond.
To make it feel like more of an ‘event’, the PERu team are hoping to dress the room like a festival (the Roadshow visits lots of festivals, including Glastonbury). It could include flags, bunting, balloons, something to make it feel like the inside of one of the festival tents – we’re open to creative and engaging suggestions.
The event is being held on Boldrewood Campus (Building 177, Room 2011).
A small budget is available to cover resources and time, further information upon application.
