SEED Start-up Fund
Do you have a business start up or social enterprise idea in need of funding? Then don’t miss out on the SEED Start-Up Fund!
This funding competition, a collaboration between the Student Enterprise Team (within Careers and Employability), Future Worlds and the Social Impact Lab, offers student the opportunity to pitch for funding awards of £1,000-£2,500 for early-stage business or social enterprise ventures.
The awards, provided by Santander and the University of Southampton, will provide the successful applicants with the financial support to develop their ideas, giving them the freedom and opportunity to give their ventures the best possible start. For the first time, this year there is also specific funding of up to £1500 available for Engineering students or teams of students from the Engineers in Business Fund, funded by Lord Sainsbury’s Charitable Trust.
Applications for SEED Start-Up Funding close at midnight on Sunday 2nd June.
