Product Development Admin Assistant – Karen Millen

We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Product Development team at entry level on a 1 year fixed term contract, as an Product Development Admin Assistant.

We are looking for someone who can support the Product Development team through effective and accurate administration.

Can you:

  • Create costing sheets and issue ratios
  • Raise purchase orders on our merchandisingmanagement system
  • Manage DHL packages and general filling
  • Manage the sample process, ordering, logging and organizing for press and meetings. Are you:
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent attention to detail
    • A good team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Computer literate with strong excel skills
    • An individual who has excellent analytical and numerical skills
